Senior Project Manager:
Founded in January 1989 as a California S Corporation. . The company was founded with the intent of providing specialized engineering services related to water. Our clients are municipalities, utilities, water agencies, occasionally state and federal government agencies and other engineering firms. We have been successful in fulfilling our mission and have a good reputation among clients, evidenced by our many repeat clients.
Duties:
- Working within Water Resource Projects and Clients
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, IT project management, and project engineering to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project budgets and resource allocation.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior project managers.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of Engineering experience
- Professional Engineering License in the state of CA
- Hydrology and Hydraulic knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in a related field ( Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Environmental)
